SOLO handheld sprayers are models 454,456,457V which are 1,1.5,and 2 gallon respectively they feature a comfortable, rugged, ergonomically designed carrying handle and a large tank opening for easy filling. SOLO backpack sprayers are piston pump (models 425, 435) or diaphragm pump (models 475, 485) powered. German design incorporates easy filling and pumping. Other features include a commercial quality wand, adjustable pressure control valve to regulate pressure and large four or five-gallon formula tanks. High-density polyethylene formula tanks with UV inhibitors make SOLO sprayers virtually impervious to everyday chemicals and resistant to long-term damage from ultra-violet rays.

SOLO piston pump features
The models 425 and 435 utilize a connecting rod activated piston pump which has a wide pressure range up to 90 psi, performing virtually every spraying task. (Optional plug required to obtain 90 psi.) Easily and effectively handles disinfectants, fertilizers, herbicides and formulations for trees, shrubs and plant protection. The rugged high-density polyethylene tank and internal Viton® seals and O-rings ensure long life and durability. The ideal sprayer for liquid chemicals.

SOLO diaphragm pump features
The models 475 and 485 sprayers utilize a rugged connecting rod activated diaphragm pump, that is capable of producing pressures up to 60 psi. The diaphragm is made of high quality Viton® material for its resistance to harsh chemicals. By design the diaphragm is able to pass small abrasive particles without damage to the pump assembly. The diaphragm pump is ideal for handling chemicals in wettable powder form, as well as liquid formulations.
